Create your event
Choose your plan, name your event, and pick the date. We generate a private URL (your-event.photoloft.app) and a QR code for your guests. From here, everything is set up — you focus on the celebration.
Share the QR code
Print the QR code on your place cards, on a sign at the entrance, or on the back of the program. Guests scan with their phone camera — everything runs straight in the browser.
Guests upload
Guests scan the QR code, enter their email, and instantly receive a magic-link. One click and they’re signed in, ready to upload photos. No password needed, all in the browser. Transfers are encrypted, every photo is stored encrypted. All guests browse the same gallery — that’s what makes it special.
You keep everything
The full-resolution album is available immediately in your account. Download everything as a ZIP anytime. AI tagging helps you find specific moments (cake cutting, first dance, speeches) without scrolling through thousands of photos.

At purchase you decide on a plan and whether Smart-Mode (AI sorting & highlight reel) is included. We generate your private subdomain and the QR code right away.
Preparation
Print QR codes, prepare signs, design place cards. The gallery itself stays closed until event day. Uploads only open at the event date so nothing unrelated lands in the album.
Your event
Gallery opens automatically at 00:00. Guests scan the QR code, sign in via magic-link, and upload photos. You enjoy the celebration. The tech stays in the background.
Highlight reel
The morning after: a curated selection of the best moments lands in your inbox. Share or keep private — your call.
Upload window closes
Depending on plan: up to 14, 30, or 60 days for guests to add late photos. After that, the upload slot closes. The gallery stays open.
Storage term ends
Before expiry you get an email with a download link. Download everything and have the event deleted, or activate Archive-Mode (from €9/year) and keep the photos online.
